I teach online and in-person through my in-home and on-patio yoga spaces. I teach or have taught through the FUN Yoga Studio in Riverside, the Inland Empire Health Plan community centers, Riverside City College, Moreno Valley College, Cal State San Bernardino, and UCR Extension. I offer classes completely in Spanish.

Most of my videos are short, simple how-to videos, even for challenging inverted poses. Learn how to do a head stand or handstand in a doorway. Use a wall or a chair to lift yourself into a shoulder stand. Drape yourself over a couch for a restorative inversion. Lay back over a pillow on your bed for a chest opening.
